Herne Hill Velodrome Dulwich Village, London
14, 15 and 16 June 2018

The event will host some of the most unique cycling exhibitions the world has ever seen.

Curators will, for example, walk people through an unbelievable collection of 25 historical bikes from the National Cycle Museum, highlighting along the way the most important innovations from the bicycle’s 200-year history. A couple of the bikes that will be featured are the 1819 Hobby Horse, the 1891 Swift Safety Bicycle and the 1896 Beard Safety Bicycle which all played a major role in the development of today’s bicycle.

A collection of stunning photography from some of the greatest photographic libraries in the world will show off this great machine in all its glory. From its use in word wars and business through to its role in elite sport and modern society
