The World Cycling Revival will be the leading hospitality experience in the sport of cycling. The best partners in the business will ensure an unforgettable day supported by the greatest cuisine from cycling’s heartlands.
Private Garden Pagodas
In the track centre-field the Private Garden Pagodas, each with an exclusive view of the track, provide the most intimate and exclusive hospitality offering at the Revival, creating a truly extraordinary day for your guests. Each Private Garden Pagoda is 13ft x 13ft and caters for 16 guests on each day of the festival. The Pagoda will have its own private picket-fenced garden, will be company branded, and includes all furniture, linen, crockery and glassware.
In addition to private use of the Pagoda, guests will have access to the VIP viewing areas with a direct view of the finish line, as well as great views of the revival bandstand. With champagne reception on arrival, a luxurious picnic hamper lunch and afternoon tea, alongside a drinks package of beers, wines and soft drinks, your guests will have a splendid day at the inaugural P&P World Cycling Revival.
The 1948 Club
The 1948 Club will provide your guests with a fabulous shared hospitality experience with access to VIP viewing areas for the racing, the best views of the revival bandstand and access to their own bar. The area will serve tables of 10 people each day with a drinks reception on arrival, a four-course luncheon – starter and main course served at table and a buffet style offering of desserts and cheeses. This will be followed by a delightful traditional afternoon tea later in the afternoon.
Complementary beers, wines and soft drinks will be available from the bar or served to your table.
The menu will be themed based on a different nation closely associated with cycling; Thursday being Ventoux Day (French themed), Friday as Stelvio Day (Italian themed) and Saturday as Mt. Washington Day (American themed).
